| The Governors and Head teachers of 10 small Oxfordshire Primary schools are seeking to appoint 2 School Business Managers.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative small school pilot project with National College and Oxfordshire County Council. The post is grant funded; initially for 1 year it may be extended depending on school budgets and potential additional funding.
The post holders will work across the following schools.
Post 1 - South Cluster: Ashbury with Compton, Peppard, Dry Sandford, Drayton, St Blaise
Post 2 - North Cluster: Chesterton , Chadlington, Hornton, Finmere, Cropredy
The successful candidates will be enthusiastic with excellent inter-personal skills; who will be able to work across 5 small schools. They will need to have good administrative and ICT skills, be flexible and be able to work to numerous deadlines. In addition, you will have: • An ability to secure funding through researching and applying for resources • An ability to identify, research, develop, cost and implement new initiatives • A working knowledge of ICT systems e.g. Knowledge of SIMS software and web development • Preferably previous experience of working in a school.
